XMAL DEUTSCHLAND recorded their fourth and final John Peel session on this day in 1985. The session aired on 13 May and although four songs were recorded only three appeared on the programme. The complete session was released on 12" by Strange Fruit in 1986.
The opener "Polarlicht" (later released on their 1987 album Viva) was omitted from the original broadcast for some reason.
