Front features Gustave Doré's iconic "The Vision of Death", which was used as artwork for EMPEROR's cult Mini LP in 1993.
Top back features artwork from the same source - Doré's illustrations for La Grande Bible de Tours, 1866 - a detail from "The Destruction of Leviathan".
Bottom back is a small red E icon logo and the passage which "The Vision of Death" illustrates, from Revelation 6:8.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.
