Processing Time
If your order includes an import item it will typically be processed within 7-14 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping / transit times, listed at checkout, do not include processing time.

Domestic Delivery
We offer a variety of delivery options for UK orders. Options are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Status
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us. If you selected a Tracked shipping option it will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

Shipping to PO Boxes & Military addresses
We can ship to PO boxes. For British Forces we can send to your BFPO address. Be sure to include all details: https://www.gov.uk/bfpo
