Their overlooked, independently released (and nowadays a sought after collectors item) debut LP from 1991 finally available again, after 32 years, and for the first time ever on limited music cassette. If you like VIO-LENCE, FORBIDDEN or OVERKILL and if you never heard before from ARBITRATER, then check out Balance Of Power immediately! Transfer, audio restoration and mastering by Patrick W. Engel at Temple Of Disharmony in May 2023.
