27 Years Ago: NUCLEAR DEATH release Carrion for Worm

The whole idea behind our music is the extremity of noise. We like to deceive our listeners ears with our music. The chords we use are not power chords--they are dissonant. So to the common ear it can be displeasing. Our music is constant noise...yet there always remains an eerie sense of semblance. With our lyrics we bring to mind images of obscene horror, perversity, and the evil that exists in all of us.. take care, we pray on the mind.

NUCLEAR DEATH released their killer second LP, Carrion for Worm, on this day in 1991.

I decided on NUCLEAR DEATH, because back in '85 not too many bands were even using any type of "Nuclear" theme. The name describes our music - fast, intense and brutal or extreme like death by a nuclear war!
