LOOP recorded their third and final Peel session on this day in 1990 at Maida Vale 3. The session aired on Wednesday 31 January.
LOOP split in 1991 after releasing their last album, A Gilded Eternity, and a split with GODFLESH. The two bands had toured together in 1990. LOOP guitarist Robert Hampson joined GODFLESH briefly in 1991/1992 and participated on the Cold World EP and part of the Pure album.
