Review

The band creates some impressive music by taking an enthralling post-meets-sludge approach, then fusing in sporadic bursts of full-tilt, kit pounding black metal fury. Or, at other points, after mood is established, flowing into mid-paced, kit pounding sludge fury. After several straight reviews of more polished and subdued acts, it was oh so nice to listen to someone develop and build an atmosphere and then blow it the fuck up Krakatoa-style. At times I found them reminiscent of fellow Frenchies, Eibon, which is a good thing. - Metal Storm 4/5
