Hawkwind - Spacehawks (Digipak CD)

Review

I haven't heard anything from Hawkwind in quite a while, but Space Hawks is quite a surprise as it shows the band at a relatively high note. There's plenty of intriguing material throughout the album and it's quite an experience from beginning to end. It shows that the band has much more to offer, even now in their career and I'd definitely recommend checking it out; despite the fact that the production is still a tad bit raw. But even a lower production value than normal shouldn't stop you from enjoying this interesting space adventure. - New Noise Magazine 4/5
