The gig was actually recorded way back in August 1980, but on this day in 1981 the old Associated Television (now ITV) broadcast MOTORHEAD & GIRLSCHOOL on the Rockstage programme. Watch both sets, recorded at Nottingham's Theatre Royal, below. MOTORHEAD get 35 minutes, GIRLSCHOOL about 15.
